Executive Director - Carver Community
Center
Carver Community Center is seeking an Executive Director to
manage all of the administrative duties of the
facility. The Center, a United Way Agency with a rich
heritage, provides recreational and community centered
activities. This highly visible position is
responsible for the administrative, operational, marketing
and fundraising functions of this not-for-profit
facility. The Executive Director works
collaboratively with the Board of Directors and provides
leadership to the staff. The ideal candidate should
have at least a bachelor's degree and five years of
progressively responsible managerial experience.
Applicants must demonstrate excellent organization, people
and communication skills. Grant writing and
Fundraising experiences are key components of the
job. Preference will be given to applicants with
experience working with a diverse population.
